She started this initiative in 2016 when she was still doing her Social Work studies At the University of Cape Town. She has global exposure regarding the social development phenomenon as she has had the chance to travel to China, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Zambia in search of understanding youth development. She also has experience working in the Department of Social Development Bulilima District Office in Zimbabwe) She is also an Entrepreneur @ Bee_Fly Wholesale and Retail Shop Current Qualifications: 1) Honors (Bachelors) Degree in Social Work: University of Cape Town 2) Industrial Basic First Aid: Zimbabwe Red Cross Society 3) Nurse Aide: Zimbabwe Red Cross Society 4) Teaching English As a Foreign Language: Professional Development Institute 5) Project Management, Civic Participation, Leadership, and Fundraising certificate: Michigan Fellows Africa Initiative 6) Au pair Certificate: Au pair Exclusive She has been nominated as the Edupreneur Founder of the Year 2024 by FOYA SADC countries. She received the "Person of Action in the Community" Award from the Thankful Bird Foundation in 2017.

She has 10 years of working experience, including being the Head of Department at the Department of social Developemnt Bulilima District Office. She is also the founder of 'Women Assembly Yourselves' initiative which uses a blend of social work and bible theology to facilitate mental healing and Empowering women. She believes that a healed and empowered woman, is the center and genesis of ensuring child safety and friendly home environments. Current Qualifications:

He has over 20 years of Working experience. He is the Director Legal Affairs for Bulawayo Economic Development Agency under Office of the Minister of State. He is also the Company Secretary @ CFS Energy, a petroleum transacting organization. Some of his past work experiences involve being Legal officer Ministry of Defence & War Veterans. Current Qualifications:

She is one of the high school beneficiaries who received career guidance from the Elevators team in 2016 at Gwanda High School. She then met our Founder and Excecutive Director in October 2022, at a very crucial moment in her life; where she (the Excecutive Director) was questioning the impact that she ever really made with Elevators, whether or not it was making a difference in people's lives, thinking maybe the evaluation forms and numbers could be lying. Grace Ngwenya came as a sign of affirmation that yes the initiative is making a significant impact in young people's lives, and yes it is worth canceling/delaying her plans to go back overseas to register it and see established. Grace Ngwenya is now a Qualified Sociologist who has had a chance to work in places like Mpilo Hospital, and the Department of Social Development, Bulilima District office. She is smart, hard-working, and confident and she is determined to give back to the community.

1) Bachelor of Social Science honors Degree in Sociology: Great Zimbabwe University

He is the CEO of Eggmart. He has over 5 years of working experience. His Monitoring and Evaluation experience includes implementing projects funded by international organizations such as UNDP, FAO, USAID-OFDA, PEPFAR, SIDA, ECHO, and DFID among others. He has worked with a number of organizations including Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation, and the Department of Social Development, Bulilima District Office
